Amazing location and fantastic staff who went out of their way to ensure comfort and happiness. Thank you very much to all especially Fahad!
A bit noisy but thats entirely due to the location being surrounded by busy intersections

Breakfast was great with several options. Shams and Alla were exceptional in helping us with our tours and gave us great information about dining and shopping in the area. They also reached out to us daily to see if we needed anything. Zeyad joined us for a couple tours and he was fun and informative. They all made this a trip of a lifetime.

The staff was amazing. Shams communicated with me for months prior to and during our trip, answering all of my questions. Alla also made sure that all of our needs were met. I booked tours through the hotel for each of our six days in Cairo, and with the private drivers and tour leaders (especially Mo), our experience far exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was plentiful, and we were provided boxes to take away for our early tour departures. The rooms, all overlooking Tahrir Square and the Nile, were clean with all amenities expected, and the beds were comfortable. All in all, a wonderful experience.
The hotel itself is located within a building with other businesses so upon arrival, we were at first confused. Very quickly, hotel staff met us in the downstairs lobby where we were directed to two tiny elevators. While efficient, this initially caused us some concern, but once we reached reception on the fourth floor, we found the hotel exceptional.

The hotel is centrally located, just across the street from the old cairo museum and tahrir Square. In the same street of a famous restaurant, that you can go walking. Nice view from the Nile.
Definitely the lack of cleanliness. Room and corridor were very dirty, with others' hair all over the place. The bed was too soft, that for me is a bad thing.
