Excellent location, right in the heart of White Town and within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops and Rock Beach. The property itself was clean, well maintained and had nice, comfortable rooms. The overall ambience was also very pleasant.
The only slight disappointment was that the breakfast spread could have had a little more variety. That said, whatever was served was excellent in quality and taste.

The location is great
The stay wasn’t very comfortable, especially for a couple aged 60+. I understand it’s a heritage property, but it would have been much better to have comfortable seating in the room to relax, apart from the bed.
Access to staff also needs improvement. There should be an easy way to contact someone or request assistance when you need something in the room. My parents had to keep walking up and down the stairs even for small things like getting sugar, which was quite inconvenient for them.
Breakfast was basic but good.
The location is great, so that was a plus. Also, the property is pretty.
