Localização e as orientações de como assessar o local, entrar no prédio e como subir até o andar do hotel. Não há uma recepção no térreo. A pessoa que cuida do whatsapp é atenciosa e rápida nas respostas.
Quarto apertado com ar condicionado sub dimensionado para o verão. O café da manhã é um engodo. Só um café e um croissant. Isso não falam no booking. E o café é fora do hotel numa espécie de bar. O prédio é decadente e o elevador, além de apertado é velho, sujo e mal cuidado. Dá medo. Cama de casal padrão (pequena).

Giordana was so helpful! From the second room was booked, she reached out via WhatsApp to check in and fill us in on the stay. She gave us suggestions and was literally available the whole time.
The bed was comfortable after a long day of flying. Air conditioning and fan were amazing as it was pretty warm during our stay. Room was clean. Nice view.

The apartment was very comfortable, and the location is convenient specifically if you need easy access to Naples Central Station, since it's right nearby. The apartment itself is new and cozy, with thoughtful furnishings.
Giordana, was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions. She also sent us great recommendations on where to eat and what to see nearby, which was a really nice touch. Overall a super pleasant stay thanks to her
Just keep in mind the surrounding area itself isn't particularly nice — it's a station district, nothing special to see or do around.

We visited Naples during one of the hottest times of the year, so we were especially pleased that our room was lovely, cool and comfortable. The self check-in was very easy and convenient. Before we arrived, we were given a PDF and a helpful video with all the information we needed, including clear instructions for accessing the property and the room. Everything was explained so well that the whole process was completely stress-free.The room was clean and well maintained. We would happily stay here again.
The only downside for us was the location and the surrounding area, as we found Naples quite busy and not as clean as we expected. However, this is more about the city and surroundings than the accommodation itself.
The breakfast was pleasant, but the choice was quite limited, with mainly a croissant and a hot drink. It would be great to see a little more variety, such as fruit, yoghurt, bread or some savoury options.
