Great location, ground floor, walkable to stores and restaurants. Washer and Dryer, kitchen, eating area, and private bath. Plenty of street parking. Excellent host communication. The host left us eclipse viewing glasses and some other treats in the fridge, which was a nice touch! We especially appreciated the early check-in being granted, once the prior guests had checked out and the apartment was cleaned.
A young child runs back and forth nearly constantly in the apartment above during daytime hours (but thankfully goes to sleep for a long night's sleep) so that it is quiet at night. Have the guests using the three twin beds in the living room bring a sleep mask, or bring something to cover the front door's window so that it's not so bright.
