Отель новый, номер новый и чистый. В номере две комнаты, есть все для душа. В мини кухни есть мойка, чайник, посуда, холодильник. Можно пользоваться кухней и готовить, я готовила завтрак, есть стиральная машина. Близко с аэропортом. Очень заботливые хозяева папа и сын. Есть возможность парковать машину. Можно пользоваться бассейном на соседней территории. На улице большой стол с скамейками можно вечером отдохнуть. Рекомендую, до Еревана близко.
Только открылись, еще нет вывески. Немного трудно найти, но это не испортило наше пребывание.

Very close to the airport, check in possible also with very late arrivals, good sleep, payment with card possible, kind host
Not easy to find road (google maps does not give the right indications if you are with your own car), no breakfast

To be honest, it was a you-get-what-you-pay type of location. Close to the airport (1.5 euro taxi on Yandex at 4am), very clean, amenities like in most hotels (dental kit, comb etc), comfortable.
The lights from the front of the rooms make sleeping impossible. The outside walls are completely made of glass and the curtains cannot cover it completely. Also, the arrival was not very welcoming. You couldn't really tell that there is a hotel / accommodation place there. It rather looked like a house of someone who also built some rooms in the garden. The host didn't speak English, took a lot to bring the POS to pay by card. And the streets are quite dark, not looking very safe.

Лёгкое заселение. Свежий ремонт. Наличие дворика, кухни, стиральной машины в отдельном помещении. До аэропорта 20 минут пешком с ручной кладью, проверено на себе.
Недостаточно широкая штора в спальне, в сочетании с ярким ночным освещением во дворе, могла бы испортить впечатление, но только не у нас!
