We booked this accommodation for our family (3 seniors) who needed an overnight stay before their connecting flight. The price was reasonable, the accommodation was clean, and a shuttle service was available for a small additional fee. They also enjoyed a warm, fresh breakfast in the morning.
When their flight was delayed, the hosts were flexible and offered additional hours at a generous discount. They also arranged a city tour by car, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Overall, we appreciated the hosts' efforts, responsiveness, and flexibility. It is a good option for a short stay near the airport, especially for travelers with heavy luggage who prefer not to travel far from the airport.
Initially, based on the location shown on the Booking.com map, we thought this was a guesthouse inside the airport. However, it turned out to be more of an Airbnb-style accommodation in a nearby area (around 10 minutes drive).
The main area for improvement is communication and welcoming guests. Our family did not meet anyone in person other than the driver, and all communication with the hosts was through WhatsApp. Although this worked reasonably well and the hosts were responsive, it lacked the personal welcome and assistance that would have been especially helpful for elderly travelers. For example, our family did not know where to find extra blankets or how to operate the heating system. Due to the language barrier and their exhaustion after traveling, they ended up spending a somewhat cold night. This could have been easily avoided with clearer instructions or a proper introduction to the accommodation. Similarly, the driver who took them on the city tour (which we appreciate again) did not speak English at all, making communication difficult. Our family didn't even receive information about the places they were visiting.
Another minor concern was that the hosts were a little pushy about requesting a review before our family had even checked out, which felt somewhat uncomfortable and confusing. After discussing this with them, they explained that some previous guests had appreciated their services but had not left reviews to support their business. They understood our concern and agreed to wait.
We appreciated their services, but having someone who can communicate effectively with international guests and provide a warmer, more informative welcome would make the experience significantly better.

Близость к аэропорту.
Всегда на связи.
Заселили ночью за допоплату накануне забронированной даты.
Рейсы стыковочный брали с большим разрывом по времени, чтобы перенос рейсов из пункта отправления не сказал на втором рейсе.
Есть трансфер.
Вай фай бодрый
Завтрак:

сыр местный /типа брынзы/
нарезка овощная
лаваш
Есть чайник, чай и т. п.
Чисто.
Зубные щётки, ср-ва для душа.
В душе смеситель настраивать на нужную температуру и подачу воды.
Резко перескакивать при регулировка, можно повесить какой нибудь гайд 😊

Недалеко от аэропорта
Когда бронируешь точка указывает, что отель где-то в шаговой доступности от аэропорта. По факту это не так. Он находится в каком-то поселке. До него надо доехать на авто. Трансфер предоставляют за доп.плату. Но водитель был максимально странный. Не хотел разговаривать ни по-русски, ни по-английски, ни здрасти, ни до свидания. Причем это дом, который похож на контейнер, а вокруг него стройка. Ни магазинов, ничего рядом нет. Выходить из дома даже нет смысла, просто какой-то поселок.
