It was light modern and spacious with great views out over Kirkwall Bay. It was well equipped and comfortable. The manager was very helpful and easily contactable

Beautiful view out over bay and harbour and onwards. Interesting watching all the cruise ships arrive and depart. Well equipped extremely easy living home layout. Easy access into Kirkwall. Enjoyed watching the sunsets.
Not much I didn't like, the vents in the bathrooms and utility room go do with a good clean. Letterbox on main door leaks when raining forming a puddle of water just inside the entrance on a tiled floor. Could cause a slipping accident. Noticed that water ingress is causing damage to both door and skirtings. Needs to be fixed not just for removing a risk but also the water damage being done to the surrounding wood. Garage door could benefit from some fabric maintenance as does not give good impression when entering driveway.
