Ótima localização, estações de metrô perto e todas as facilidades, mercado, restaurantes… acomodação tem todos os utensílios de cozinha e limpeza, é exatamente como as fotos, check in e check out fáceis com app, atendentes cordiais, respondem rápido e possui um escritório para acomodar bagagens…
Descansar depois de um dia cansativo de passeios é bem difícil, tem bastante barulho da rua, tem um bar karaokê bem em frente, pessoas passando o tempo todo, pois os quartos ficam diretamente pra rua, o pessoal que recolhe o lixo passa na madrugada e também faz muito barulho, e também muito cheiro de cigarro que também vem da rua. Também há um caução de 200 euros.

El piso estaba muy bien equipado y limpio con fácil acceso.
La calle era insoportable por las noches. Era imposible descansar a pesar de tener doble vidrio. La pasamos mal.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und sehr gut angebunden.
Zudem ist die Inneneinrichtung modern.
Zu Anreise fanden vor den Fenstern und im Eingangsbereich Schweißarbeiten statt, die sehr laut waren.
Zudem war unter der übermittelten Nummer niemand zu erreichen. Die Kaution haben wir heute am 11.08 (10 Tage nach Check-Out) immer noch nicht erhalten.
