J'ai été très agréablement surpris par cet hôtel. Je suis arrivé avant l'heure de check-in (16 h) et il est possible d'accéder à sa chambre plus tôt moyennant un supplément. À noter que le paiement de ce supplément semblait surtout se faire en espèces (il y a heureusement un 7-Eleven juste en face si besoin).
Le quartier est calme tout en restant bien desservi, avec un arrêt de bus à 2 minutes à pied et une station de métro à une dizaine de minutes. L'équipe est vraiment exceptionnelle : toujours souriante, disponible et prête à aider en cas de besoin.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et équipées avec du matériel de qualité. J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié l'espace commun proposant un large choix de ramyeon, une petite attention qui fait plaisir.
Je tenais particulièrement à laisser un avis car l'hôtel est encore récent. J'ai trouvé la qualité des prestations excellente et il mérite, selon moi, d'être davantage connu.
Le seul point à améliorer est l'isolation phonique, qui est un peu légère. Cela dit, le quartier étant très calme, cela ne m'a pas réellement dérangé pendant mon séjour.

Nine days in Seoul, business and leisure — six nights in the standard room, three in the four-person room. Both clean, functional, and clearly well thought through.
The staff made the difference. We arrived well before check-in and they accommodated us without hesitation. Small touches like fresh fruit appetisers are what make a stay memorable.
Location is ideal: right by a metro line that takes you anywhere in Seoul, with good bars and cafés around the corner.
We tried to extend two more nights — fully booked. Understandable, and frankly telling.
I never write reviews. This team earned one. See you next time we're in Seoul.
We did have one rowdy neighbour for a night, but you can't blame the hotel for other people's soju intake
