Very attractive inside from a visual standpoint, modern look with nice appliances, etc. Was very well supplied in kitchen, bathrooms, etc with plenty of plates, silverware, utensils, soap, shampoo, trash bags, hair dryers, etc. so did not have to use many of our own items we brought with us. Pool towels and other outdoor use items also well-provided. If anything there was almost too much decorative decor pieces, especially on top of some beds where numerous pillows & pieces had to be removed to access the beds. Overall a very attractive condo other than overall space on each individual floor was slightly tight, especially main lower level, but bedrooms were nice with plenty of space. BestNest team frequently sent texts/email messages to check on us during our stay.
Kitchen was fairly small and only pantry space was limited to one upper kitchen cabinet, so left some food items we had brought in couple of crates on the floor during our stay. Also had an issue with main shower drain as well as another bathroom drain, but were reported and repaired fairly quickly. Main issue in terms of comfort and annoyance was the air conditioning system located on main level. The system was loud to the point of distraction and blew very hard through the vents, so could be very cold depending on where you were standing sitting on main/lower floor. However, air flow thru the vents on the 2 upper bedroom levels was very moderate and the 4 bedrooms stayed slightly warm much of the time. Reported these issues to management early in our stay and a tech came to check the system, but no follow up to correct the issue other than extra box fans were provided to help cool the bedrooms on upper levels. Otherwise the majority of the rental was very nice.
