Great communication with query's . Loved location and train station near by which we wouldn't of known about if the host didn't mention it . Very clean . Loved the netflix and prime and Disney included lovely touch . Great value for money
Would of liked bath towels instead of standard size but that's a nit pick also there was no wine glasses or tumblers . But the hosts listened to my feed back and went out and bought them the very next day . We would definitely stay again.

The property was a neat and modern conversion of a Victorian terrace. The kitchen and dining area was a great idea though we weren’t there long enough to make use of it. Our room was a generous size, neat and clean. The en-suite had a decent shower. Overall excellent value for money.
Hard to say as we found the place to be such good value. For the price it more than met expectations.

The environment and area were good, and the room itself was spacious
I’m sorry to leave a bad review, but unfortunately, the room was not up to the standard we expected.
There were two dead green bottle flies on the rug, stains on the bed, and the black bedding wasn’t really to our taste. There were also lots of hairs on the bathroom floor, cobwebs next to the wardrobe, and dust on all the lamps.
My partner was sneezing throughout our stay, which made it quite uncomfortable. Overall, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and had to leave before 10am.
I hope this feedback is helpful and that these issues can be addressed for future guests
