En mycket besvikande upplevelse med tre timmars försenad incheckning, dålig städning, allvarliga insektsproblem och obef

Villan såg bra ut och hade potential, men tyvärr överskuggades det positiva helt av problemen vi upplevde under vistelsen.

Vi är mycket besvikna på vår vistelse. Incheckningen var cirka tre timmar försenad och vi kunde inte komma till rätta i villan förrän omkring kl. 18 trots avtalad incheckning kl. 15. Kommunikationen kring förseningen var mycket dålig. Städningen höll inte heller acceptabel standard. Vi hittade hår på badrumsgolvet, smuts och fläckar, smutsiga handdukar samt smutsiga och fläckiga soffor. Det saknades dessutom grundläggande saker i köket. Det allvarligaste problemet var den mycket stora mängden insekter, inklusive döda insekter på golv, bord och köksbänkar. Situationen var så omfattande att skadedjursbekämpning behövde tillkallas. Detta gjorde att boendet kändes ohygieniskt och obehagligt. Vi anmälde problemen och fick besked om att vi skulle få ersättning. Det har nu gått tre veckor sedan jag skickade in ärendet via WhatsApp. Trots flera meddelanden har ingen svarat och vi har fortfarande inte fått den utlovade ersättningen. Jag tycker att detta är mycket dålig kundservice och ett oprofessionellt sätt att hantera ett berättigat klagomål. Med tanke på priset och den standard som utlovades motsvarade vistelsen definitivt inte våra förväntningar.
