There was absolutely everything that a traveler needs in this smallish, but very cosy suite. A pair of scissors, a sharp vegy knife ( both often lacking in motels). The little extras were so thoughtful ( gf brownie to go with a cup of herb tea).
The decor was beautiful, very restful, the bathroom spacious and spotless.
This was such a beautifully cosy place to stay on a cool, wet Waikato evening. For fine weather stays the outside furniture looked appealing.
I highly recommend staying here.
If I could make one comment- a light in the little kitchenette area could have been helpful, but it was OK as it was.

Fantastic owners, very helpful. Room clean, bed so comfortable, location quiet. Delicious Banana Bread! Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Lyn is a truly lovely lady who hosts this beautiful studio. We absolutely loved our stay!
During our trip around New Zealand’s North and South Islands, we stayed in four different places, and I have to say, this was by far the best! We loved everything about it; the calm and peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, excellent facilities, convenient location, and so much more. Also we have enjoyed the free orange picking, homemade banana breads, granola, etc as well, so yummy…🍊🍞 🥣 Studio kitchenette was full of foods.
The studio is also decorated so elegantly, with great attention to detail, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was excellent value for money as well.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting North Island!
