The location was convenient and the property itself had potential. Unfortunately, I was unable to properly enjoy the accommodations due to the condition it was in when I arrived.

Unfortunately, the property had not been cleaned when I arrived. There were dirty dishes in the sink, used towels left throughout the property, and dirty bed sheets hanging off the bed. Because of the condition of the property, I was unable to stay and had to find alternative accommodations. I was also disappointed with the communication from the owner during this situation. It was difficult to get a timely response regarding the issue and the refund process, which made an already frustrating situation more difficult. I am currently working with Booking.com to resolve the matter and obtain a refund.

Great location

The location was great!! Lots of space.

It was quite dusty, furniture a bit flimsy, bathroom very small, and when you go to loft, it is quite challenging if you're tall.

Great location / poorly maintained

Location was great, easy to get to any tour spot! We didn’t use it, but the place had good kitchen facilities. AC worked great.

Cleaning was not carried out properly, with hairs throughout the bathroom, stains on some towels and bedding, and many bugs. Overall, the property appeared poorly maintained. The mezzanine sleeping area and staircase creaked and wobbled, which made us feel somewhat unsafe and uncomfortable using them. Based on the photos in the listing and the use of the word ‘loft’, we were surprised and confused to find that the accommodation was actually located on the ground floor. As a result, the property felt quite different from what we had expected. Being on the ground floor also meant there was considerable noise from outside, and we were unable to open the windows comfortably due to privacy concerns.

Goed contact met de verhuurster. Mooi ruim appartement, en heerlijk koel als het buiten 38 graden is. Appartement ligt in een heel mooi straatje met een goede locatie. 5 min lopen van het pantheon, piazza Navona, castel Sant’Angelo en de grote markt zit om de hoek.

Het beviel dikke prima. Alleen kleine badkamer en verdieping met het bed is laag, dus je moet gebukt de trap af. Maar dat hoort er allemaal bij, dus dikke prima.

Goed contact met de verhuurster. Mooi ruim appartement, en heerlijk koel als het buiten 38 graden is. Appartement ligt in een heel mooi straatje met een goede locatie. 5 min lopen van het pantheon, piazza Navona, castel Sant’Angelo en de grote markt zit om de hoek.

Het beviel dikke prima. Alleen kleine badkamer en verdieping met het bed is laag, dus je moet gebukt de trap af. Maar dat hoort er allemaal bij, dus dikke prima.
