EVERYTHING, spectacular attention, they’re 24/7 available if you need anything, I stayed at 3 different hotels in Rome and THIS ONE was the ONE☝🏼super recommended, they are super kindly and help you with everything you need, we requested an early check in because of an emergency we had and they didn’t even think about it and say yes at the very morning. I’ll definitely come back at this hotel when Im in Rome again, THANKYOU MET44🙌🏼🙏🏼
I don’t have any negative comments at all

The room was very clean, and daily housekeeping was provided. The location was excellent, and the furniture was well-maintained and in good condition. An iron and ironing board were available, and the bathroom was equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!
The only downside was that we could hear guests in neighboring rooms coming and going during the night. However, this seems to be related to the layout of the rooms and is something that is difficult to avoid. Also, the sink was not very practical, as water tended to splash onto the floor whenever we used it

Convenient central location, a clean, brand-new room, a very comfortable bed and a lovely shower.
Some traffic noise and nighttime rubbish collection are noticeable due to the central location. Check-in instructions could be clearer and sent earlier. Dining recommendations arrived too late for our short visit. Receiving them the evening before or early in the morning would have helped us plan our 24 hours in Rome.
