It is a beautiful well appointed property ideal for multi generational family staying together. The property is situated in a quiet estate on the outskirts of Warboys with off street parking for two cars. We had 4 generations of our family staying together which was great. It's ideal for older relatives as there is a downstairs double bedroom with toilet next next to it so no worrying about negotiating stairs in the night. There is plenty of space allowing for privacy when required and a large social living room and kitchen diner to gather in an evening. Its a real home from home. Everything is provided including a good selection of toiletries. We will definately be coming back to stay when visiting our relatives in March.

The house was beautifully maintained and styled. . It was clean and very comfortable. Lovely spacious bedrooms and great facilities- showers/ baths etc.

My three sisters & I stayed in this gorgeous house for 2 nights recently and it was exceptional. The location suited us perfectly as we were visiting family nearby. Slight problem with TV was soon rectified happily by the owner personally. We only cooked breakfast while we were here but everything available as needed. Plenty of room in this very spacious house for families or large groups. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
