GREAT sunset ocean view. GOOD KITCHEN. Nice little, very private terrace right outside the front door. Top floor (4th, stairs only) with no neighbors on any side. Nice, helpful, and friendly owner. He saved me by sending my passport to Santa Cruz when I forgot it. Clean unit. Quiet - rare car or dog. One usable small market very close. Good cross-breeze. Bed comfortable. closet to hang clothes. Didn't need AC during our July trip. Owner will also store your gear for free if needed.
Weird bed sheet. Mirror too small and mounted too high. I told the owner, and he said he would change it. Kind of a long walk to the port (about 10+ minutes?), and the last block is a little uphill, but not bad. AC only in bedroom.
