The property is a great location, easy walk to town. The pool was clean and never crowded. The staff was helpful, they arranged a taxi for us from the airport. Having basic Spanish is helpful when speaking with the staff. Air conditioning works well in rooms, rooms were cleaned every day.
The rooms could be more updated, but they are currently doing renovations in some rooms to address this. A hair dryer in the room would be helpful. This is good for basic accommodations, if you are looking for something fancy this is not the place but it was good for what we were expecting while staying in Ecuador.

it was not too offensive with décor
staff did not turn on the jacuzzi for us when we requested, so we decided to go out for a quick bite while waiting for the jacuzzi to heat up- when we returned a couple was making an intimate video in the jacuzzi- I guess this is the type of hotel it is.
