O hotel que ofereceu a melhor experiência em nossa viagem pela China. Hotel novo, limpo, minimalista. Quarto grande, cama excelente, chuveiro maravilhoso. A atenção da euqipe é um ponto a destacar. Disponibilizaram transfer da estação de trem ao hotel e do hotel ao aeroporto, além de disponibilizar transfers para algumas atrações próximas, tudo sem custo. O café da manhã é bem oriental, mas delcioso. Poucos hospedes ocidentais. Destaque para a LIBI, que trabalha na recepção e fala inglês. Ela nos orientou sobre os passeios, que pudemos fazer sem contratar guias. Sensacional.

The hotel is ideally situated near the Tianmen Mountain cable car, close to transport hubs including the airport and rail station. The room was clean and spacious. All the housekeeping staff were super kind and helpful with anything we needed. They helped me book tickets for Tianmen Mountain, Forest Park, and arrange transfers to the park and glass bridge. Thanks to the hotel team for creating such a good atmosphere here.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the price was excellent value for money. The breakfast was also very good with a great selection. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and helped us plan all our day trips. They were available to answer questions at any time, helped us schedule transportation, and even offered to arrange a driver to run an errand. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us, which we really appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience with exceptional service.

Ideal location, comfortable room, and the staff offered a free shuttle to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The staff were helpful and friendly. They also helped us arrange and book our trips, which made our holiday much less stressful. They were available on WeChat and always replied quickly whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a smooth and lovely stay. If we ever return to Zhangjiajie, we will definitely stay here again.
