Great location and hostel is easy to find
There was some incorrect or missing information regarding how to access the room/pod, including incorrect PINs and information about replacing the PIN pad with a physical key. The check-in process was also somewhat confusing and, at times, didn’t match the information provided by the hostel through Booking.com and WhatsApp.
The staff could also be a bit more helpful and friendly especially when guests need assistance due to incorrect or missing information provided by the hostel itself. A more proactive and understanding approach in these situations would make the overall experience much better.

Location.
Nobody at the desk to let us in on arrival. Waited outside in intense heat for approx 15 mins. Reception worker was on an errand and returned without so much as an apology. No assistance/escort to the pod or information about facilities eg refreshments/water etc. Pod felt a little too claustrophobic and no proper air. Noise from other guests entering or using bathroom/toilet. Shower floors very wet and slippery and nowhere to hang towel or clothing whilst showering.
