Its clean and everything in the room was working. Water was hot, aircon working properly, bed very comfortable
They must consider having tags for the gate as most of us who book there are coming there for IPHC church that is close to the hotel and we come back after midnight. So it becomes a bit challenging as we have to call them to come open.

The hotel is very beautiful, the bathroom is spacious, secure parking. The staff was helpful.
The address given on bookings.com was incorrect, I called the reception area and messaged but no answer, it was very difficult to find. We were lost for a hour after asking 4 different people a lovely family assisted us with the correct directions. At the gate the intercom doesn't work we were hooting until we saw a guard by the church next door who assisted us with by finding the staff of the hotel to open for us. It was really difficult to find because the road is sketch, it's a dirt road. I definitely recommend that the hotel puts a board showing the direction to them from the main road. Once we reached the guard/staff advised that the reception area knocked off hence no one answered the text or calls.
