Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Merci a Aya pour son accueil et sa gentillesse qui parle très bien Français et qui nous a aidé durant notre séjour. Le personnel était attentionné Mahmoud, Nour et le monsieur de la piscine.
La piscine était bien entretenue avec des serviettes a disposition gratuitement.
Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon.
Hôtel situé près de l'aéroport et a 20 min du centre ville, idéal.
Merci également pour le late check out qui nous a permis de profiter de l'hôtel avant de reprendre notre avion.

Great Stay & Wonderful Hospitality
Hi Everybody,
I stayed at the hotel from 30th August to 5th September 2026, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
The location was good, and the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. Special thanks to Aya, who was especially supportive and always made sure that I felt at home. Her hospitality really made my stay comfortable.
The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options.
I would definitely choose to stay at the same hotel again when I visit in the future.
Suggestion: It would be great if the hotel could have an in-house gym and a kitchen/restaurant serving lunch and dinner, as these facilities would make the stay even more convenient for guests.
Overall, a very good experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay comfortable!

بصراحه كانت اقامه رائعه وقيمه ممتازه مقابل السعر
الغرف مساحتها ممتازه ونظيفه وكل شيء مرتب ومتوفر فيها كل شيء
واكثر شي ملفت وعجبني كان تعامل الموظفين من الاستقبال الاخت ايه والاستلذ محمد علي وكل العاملين واخص بالشكر مدير الفندق اللي كان بنفسه بتابع مع الزوار وبقدملهم كل الخدمات وبسال عن احتياجاتهم
المسبح اكثر من ممتاز نظيف جدا جدا واللافطار كان ممتاز وطيب ومتنوع
بكل صدق كل شيء متقن وكل الموظفين متعاونين والمكان جميل ومناسب لاقامه عائليه بسعر ممتاز جدا مقابل الخدمه
انا بنصح فيه وبالتاكيد حكرر الزياره لهذا الفندق ❤️🌷
