The property was well-located near the English Market and one end of Oliver Plunkett St, in a quiet building. It was spacious and in generally good decorative order.
Though listed as a 1-bedroom, the bedroom area is not separated from the living area by a door, more by a half-wall, so someone staying up at night with the light on will affect those trying to sleep. There was also a slight feeling of dampness in the property, though that might just be Ireland. There were signs of recent redecoration, such as plaster stuck to some door handles and bags of building supplies in the hallway. The floor tiles in the bathroom were glossy and slick, requiring some care if one has wet feet.

El numero de cubiertos, vasos, platos es insuficiente para el numero de personas para el que se alquila. No tiene cafetera.
La limpieza del apartamento no es la adecuada.
