Actually everything 🤏🏽🥳 the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Clean towels upon arrival and an exceptional warmth welcome from staff. Tatenda the receptionist went over and above to make sure I have everything I needed in my room.
Housekeeping needs to improve, dustbins were not emptied throughout my stay.

Tegemist on suveks välja üüritava ühikaga, mis aga oli igati kaasaegne. Omaette tuba ja vannituba ning ühine hästi varustatud köök toidu tegemiseks. Läheduses mitmed söögikohad. Valvelauas alati inimene, kellelt vajadusel midagi küsida. Läheduses UCC õppehooned.
Kesklinna jala minekuks kaugel, orient 45 min kõndimist, aga ühistranspordi peatus kohe maja kõrval, samuti võimalik asutada taksot, kohalikud firmad töökindlamad, Bolt ja Uber pigem ei tööta seal.

The staff are great, and the location on the west of Cork was perfect for us. We were able to park in a free car park across the road. We loved the handy coffee shop on the ground floor.
No toaster!
It’s a perfectly good property to stay in but we felt it to be pricey at £300 per night for the 3 of us.

Location
No towels were provided. When we asked, we were told they would be dropped up. They never arrived. When we asked the next day, they told us they didn't have any. No compensation was offered.
