Clean, convenient, everything I needed
Bad Instructions about parking. Conflicting information from 3 different staff members. Parking suggested very expensive, whereas I could have got on street parking overnight for nothing. They said parking was around the back of them, but failed to mention that it was on the street, so I drove around the one way system twice and couldn't find it so eventually when to other carpark they recommended which was very expensive

We liked EVERYTHING about the property. The location was great for us, a short walk to stores, sites and transit. The water pressure was fantastic and lots of hot water. The kitchenette had all the pots,pans and utensils to prepare a meal. We were very comfortable in our stay here. We would definitely stay here again.

great location, very clean all over and the studio apartment had plenty of space and very clean. nice Turkish coffee shop just outside which were open long hours and served great food and coffee. there is a gym and laundry room which we didn't use but looked good. Reception staff were friendly and efficient.
only one lift for the whole place, wasn't an issue for us but can't imagine when the place is full what it's like.
also, no parking except advice for an overpriced Q park, which, even with the Coleman court discount was still expensive. i understand parking may be an issue in Cork. i did find somewhere for overnight from 6pm to 9.30am (strictly) for ten euros and even closer which i thought was good. But again this wouldn't stop me staying there again, just an observation.
