Overall, the apartment was far below the standard advertised on Booking.com. The listing gave the impression of a comfor

The location

The issues we encountered include: * Misleading kitchen facilities. The listing advertised a dishwasher and a well-equipped kitchen with sufficient plates, cutlery and utensils. In reality, there was no usable dishwasher, and there were only two microwave-safe bowls/plates, which is completely inadequate for a family of four. This made it impossible to serve meals properly. * Insufficient and poor-quality cutlery. There were not enough spoons, and some of the utensils were so sharp and knife-like that they were uncomfortable and unsafe to eat with. * Dangerous leaking kettle. The electric kettle leaks hot water while boiling, creating a serious safety risk, particularly with young children in the apartment. * No vacuum cleaner (hoover). Although cleaning facilities were advertised, there was no hoover available. * Only one usable bathroom. The apartment was advertised as having two bathrooms. However, only one was practically usable. The second bathroom had no shower holder, meaning the shower head had to be held by hand throughout the shower. * Bathroom ventilation not working. The extractor fan did not work, leaving the bathroom with no proper ventilation. * Baby high chair unavailable. We requested a baby high chair before arrival, but were informed that none was available, despite travelling as a family with young children. * Extremely dirty carpets and poor cleanliness. The carpets were filthy. Within minutes of my children playing on the floor, their clothes were covered in dust and dirt. There were also visible hairs on the carpet, clearly showing that the apartment had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. * Poor quality and unhygienic towels. Only two or three towels were provided for the entire apartment, which is completely inadequate for a family staying in a three-bedroom property. Furthermore, the towels were old, grey, rough, and appeared worn out. They did not look clean or suitable for guests.

General location to transport and size of rooms also 2 bathrooms. Balcony and windows allowed alot if through breeze on hot day

The yellow sofa bed was lop sided, probably not really a 2 sleeper. There was no duvet for the sofa beds. Bath mats were wet when we arrived Ensuite sink tap was leaking. Guidance for entry wasn’t very clear.

Spacious and clean apartment, within walking distance of the town centre. The check in instructions were very helpful, we did not have any problems accessing the apartment.
