The property was found extremely beautiful. We enjoyed hosting on it.
First, the check in manager was very cooperate. She was a really nice person.
The location of the property was fantastic. Of course it was very clean. My kids enjoy it. They like it

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage, ist neu und extrem sauber, voll ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos ohne Wartezeiten, und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war sehr gut.
Allerdings war in den Angaben ausdrücklich und hervorgehoben angegeben, dass ein privater und kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Dies entsprach leider nicht der Realität: Es gab keinen Parkplatz für uns, sodass wir mit drei Autos jedes Mal Zeit in den umliegenden Straßen verschwenden mussten, um einen Parkplatz zu suchen. Und das, obwohl eine gesamte Etage im Gebäude als Parkplatz vorgesehen war! Die Person, die uns die Schlüssel übergeben hat, wusste von den angegebenen privaten Parkplätzen angeblich nichts.
Zudem gab es entgegen der Beschreibung weder einen Whirlpool noch sonstige Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.
Auch ein Mangel an Spiegeln war spürbar – es gab lediglich einen einzigen Spiegel im Badezimmer.

The apartment it in a new building, part of new complex. It has well equipped kitchen, there was washing machine too.
Big rooms with comfortable king size beds, the sofa in the living room was also very comfortable.
Big seating table for 8.
There are buses and tram stops close by. But it’s close enough to the Vltava and the walk to the old town alongside the river is a really pleasure. There are a lot of coffee shops bars, restaurants, shops in the area. It is nice and quietly during the night.
Great communication with the owners. Will definitely recommend the place and use it when we are again in Prague. Free parking on the street.

The apartment is modern, stylish and very comfortable, located in a beautiful new building right in the city centre. The two balconies are a great bonus, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well prepared, and the service was excellent. A perfect place to stay in Prague — we would definitely come back!
