Despite the negative parts of this stay, it was a very convenient location to Scarborough.

The inside was very accommodating, and had a great washing machine/dryer.Layout was ok for lounge.Amazing location.Had very useful amenities in kitchen and laundry.

The outside of the property on arrival was terrible,it needed alot of tending to and once done still looked like a quick fix.Rubbish in the below property was not a good look over the path verandah.No where to put clothes in 2nd room, I don't think the apartment was cleaned properly, we found a big toe nail clipping under the coffee table.The outside appeal is very lacking, and sometimes makes you feel like your going into a ghetto type environment.
