Beautiful, really well built and clean property. The pool was clean and refreshing - always cool on a hot day.
The host was absolutely exceptional. One of our friends fainted and the host not only took her to hospital for free, they stayed by her side for 4 hours, helping translate. We are so grateful to them. They also had great recommendations.
Location was fab, 2 mins walk from an bang beach, next to spas, cafes and restaurants but it was nice and quiet at night. Quick scooter ride from Hoi An and loads of grabs around.

We LOVED our stay at this villa. The host could not do enough for us - organised cars to and from the villa and excellent communication via WhatsApp - and we felt truly at home. The villa is beautiful and fully appointed with a fridge that works properly (IYKYK!), beautiful showers, comfy beds, a gorgeous pool and all of this just two minutes from the beach. There’s also a fabulous selection of restaurants a 2-5 minute walk away. We loved Mom’s Restaurant, Cashew Tree, Dolphin Beach Bar, YESH! and really enjoyed painting a hat at Rustic House. AnBang beach is just the most laid back beach destination and staying at this beautiful home made it all the better. Whilst we were staying, we visited the coconut boats, Hoi An old town, Marble Mountains and The Duck Stop - all a very cheap and easy Grab ride away.
We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at this brand-new villa for an extended trip and it exceeded expectations on every front. Three separate bedrooms, each with its own en suite, gave everyone real privacy and space, which mattered since we were working remotely during the stay. Every room had proper desk space, so it worked well as a base for video calls and focused work, not just a holiday spot.
The pool was a highlight, especially at night when it's lit up with colourful lanterns. The whole property was spotless throughout our stay. As a longer-stay guest, we also had the hosts come through a couple of times to clean and refresh the linens, which was a nice touch and kept things feeling fresh.
Location-wise, it's close to a good range of restaurants, so no shortage of options for dinner. The hosts were attentive throughout without being intrusive.
Highly recommend for anyone after space, comfort and a quiet, well-equipped spot near An Bang beach - whether on holiday or, like us, mixing work with the trip.
Cars can't make it up directly to the villa so if you're ordering a Grab, which is the Vietnamese equivalent of an Uber, they will stop at the end of the pathway. Make sure you familiarise yourself with that spot on the map. I recommend getting Grabs to go to Lighthouse Restaurant, which is a close landmark and only about a 50 m walk down the path to the street.

Great location, large bedrooms with en-suite. Lovely pool.
We were the first ever visitors so some minor teething issues but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently
