I left within 12 minutes of arrival—one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had.
Absolutely nothing.

My experience with this accommodation was extremely disappointing and I strongly advise future guests to avoid booking any property managed by this host.
Upon arrival, I discovered that the accommodation was not as advertised and failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and accuracy. Within minutes of entering the property, I identified several serious issues:
• Evidence of bed bugs throughout the accommodation. • A bathroom in a very poor sanitary condition, including yellow staining and what appeared to be urine contamination. • A damaged front door that looked as though it had previously been forced open, creating significant security concerns. • The address provided on the booking did not correspond to the actual location of the property.
To make matters worse, before I had even entered or inspected the accommodation, the host offered me a discount and an extended stay in exchange for leaving a positive review. This raises serious concerns regarding the authenticity of previous reviews and the host’s business practices.
Due to the condition of the property, I left approximately 12 minutes after arrival and immediately contacted Booking.com customer support. Despite providing details of the issues encountered, the host refused to issue a refund. The only resolution offered was a goodwill gesture of £8, which was wholly inadequate considering the circumstances.
The accommodation was clearly misrepresented and did not provide the safe, clean, and accurate experience that guests should reasonably expect when making a booking.
I have photographs, videos, screenshots, and additional evidence supporting these concerns.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that travellers exercise extreme caution before booking this property or any other accommodation managed by this host.
