One of the most unique properties with breathtaking views. We had a wonderful time with our family, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
A special thanks to Mr. Varun (Manager), who took great care of us and made our stay smooth and comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, with the mist-covered mountains creating a truly unforgettable experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!
The only difficulty I face was the Roads to reach the property . I would request the consent municipality or the corporation to take action to rectify. Off road vehicles will be advised.

The view from the bed room was awesome.Breakfast was mentioned as à la carte in booking.com but it was just single item. Restaurant was not there at the hotel. Food they used to get it from town which was at a distance of 4-5kms. But the brekfast which they made was good not bad. Thw staffs were very helpful and had taken care of every single things which was great.
In the booking.com the stay name is 'THE CLOUD BY DAAN' but the actual sign board along the route was 'STAR HILL RESORT' which created confusion. As the stay was at a very steep climb the proper signage would help us to reach the place smoothly. But the manager helped us to reach the venue and he was on constant touch untill we reach which was a plus point.
