The manager gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. He even changed our room according to the view we preferred. The chef personally asked about our preferences and served us an excellent choice of food. The food was absolutely exceptional—especially the Kadala Curry, Puttu, and Malabar Chicken Gravy. Truly a 5-star dining experience!
Everything was excellent. Since the climate was pleasant, we didn’t really miss the AC, but having one would have made the stay even more comfortable.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed anything, they responded quickly and resolved it right away.
When I booked online, the room shown was completely different. It had a balcony and a beautiful view. But when I arrived at night, I was given a basement room instead. If I had known this beforehand, I would have chosen a different option.Out of the three rooms we booked, only one had hot water.

The cleaning part disappointed to me .. smell and black fungal everywhere like bed curtains.
