De ligging was goed aan de rand van het centrum van Tanah Rata en er was een fijn terras buiten. Prachtig gebouw met veel potentie. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was goed.

Het is door Grab niet te vinden, kennelijk door een naamswijziging. Het was super schoon, echter bruine lakens ogen niet echt fris, maar dat is persoonlijk. Het rook erg muf in de kamer. Wat ik echt onfris vond was dat gasten teenslippers aan moesten in het hotel die door de staf werden verstrekt en deze waren niet nieuw. Verder kon je gebruik maken van een ontbijt in de vorm van toast, boter en jam. De boter zag er niet uit en ik zou het gasten niet zo voorzetten. Een stafflid, een jongeman, was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar de dame achter de counter was niet erg klantgericht, behalve als ze een tour kon verkopen.
