Our stay at 15 September in Nikiana was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Lefkada. We were a group of five and from the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome.
The apartment was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The view was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, the pool area was lovely, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
Nikiana itself is a wonderful place to stay – quiet, charming and perfectly located, just a few minutes away from Nidri, where many of the boat trips and excursions around Lefkada depart from. For us, it was the perfect base for exploring the island.
But what made our stay truly unforgettable was Dora. ❤️ She is an exceptional host and such a warm, caring person. She helped us so much throughout our stay, gave us great recommendations, helped us plan our trip around Lefkada and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment.
She even surprised me with a beautiful beach bag as a gift, which was such a thoughtful and personal gesture. It is something I will keep as a lovely memory from our holiday and from her incredible hospitality.
Dora is one of those hosts who genuinely cares about her guests, and you can feel it in every little detail.
We left not only extremely happy with the apartment, but also with the feeling that we had discovered a very special place and met a truly wonderful person.
Thank you so much, Dora, for your kindness, your help and for making our stay so special. We would absolutely choose 15 September again when visiting Lefkada and recommend it wholeheartedly. ❤️

The staff. Over the top helpful and friendly. The best part of the stay.
Exterior LED strip lighting on all night. Are you kidding? Can't enjoy a dark evening or sleep with patio door open because there are no options to turn off these lights. Bad design and major flaws all around. Kitchen vent blows over the bamboo roof towards my balcony; open wiring in bath;; front door crudely notched to avoid card slot but hits it anyway when you open the door. Bath drain smell and back-flow. Ridiculous overkill on the technology. And cameras everywhere! Felt like a surveillance State. Looks like the owner and designer had lots of money and lots of ego, but no taste and no skill
