Great apartment just pickup and dropoff arrangements could be better and smell/cleanliness improved.

The apartment was a great size with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay.

The communication with the host was great but the key collection was trickier than expected. We had to watch several videos to find where to collect the key which was a reasonable walk away. Would be better if the lockbox could be placed closer to the building. Also, there was a terrible stale smell when entering the apartment, so we opened everything up and left for a few hours which resolved that. The apartment also wasn't as clean as was expected. Quite dusty and things just smelt damp/mouldy.
