I must say this was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in, furnished to a better standard than a lot of the 5 star hotels or big chains nationally.
Everything was exactly how I would have chosen so will be staying here when I return again.
I assume the condition is so good as it looks brand new internally so much more modern than other properties. Some of which are also to a very good standard but this was head and shoulders above
Bed was very comfy along with pillows and duvet
Everything in the room you could want and great large tv with WiFi
Can’t fault this place
Parking - standard cleethorpes issue

Good location, clean and moder
It’s hard to be critical as the apartment was nice. The outside appearance doesn’t match the quality and comfort inside

What a lovely apartment hotel! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from the promenade, so everything is within easy reach.
The whole place feels modern, sophisticated and really well thought out, with up-to-date technology for access and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and stylish, with fantastic facilities including everything you need to cook your own food if you want to.
The bed was absolutely massive and incredibly comfortable — I had such a good night’s sleep! And the shower… honestly, a shower to die for! 🚿 Powerful, spacious and exactly what you want after a long day.
Overall, it was a beautiful stay in a modern, clean and comfortable apartment. I genuinely couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️
Nothing all was fabulous.

The studio was very comfortable ,clean and had all the facilities needed for a few day’s away and the bed well best night’s sleep I have had for a long time.
Struggled with parking not knowing the area and need a big sign to identify the apartment as not obvious.
