Aero Stays Serviced Apartment Refined Skyline LOFT

I had a great stay here and was very happy with everything. The location is absolutely amazing — very convenient and probably one of the best things about the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with a great view. Everything was exactly what I needed during my stay. Payment was also very easy and I had no issues paying with my Visa card. The host was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful throughout my stay. They even kindly allowed me to stay for a couple of extra hours after check-out because I had a late flight, which I really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience. Great apartment, fantastic location and lovely hosts. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Shenzhen!

Everything was good

房间挺干净的，装修也比较新，住起来舒服。位置方便，离深圳北站很近，入住过程也比较顺利。空间非常大，住的超级舒服，很适合长住。视野开阔。

整体都还不错。如果房间里的生活用品和一些细节再准备得更齐全一点会更好。

本次深圳入住体验非常满意！民宿卫生做得到位，各个角落都很干净，居住安静舒适。配套设施完善，布局合理。房东沟通顺畅，服务周到。地段优越，交通便利，位置很好很方便，出来就有很多美食。整体温馨治愈，相比酒店更有归属感，性价比在线。一次愉快的住宿，推荐想来深圳游玩的朋友预定！

For my trip to Shenzhen, I chose this loft-style hotel because the location is truly impeccable, just 340 meters from Shenzhen North Railway Station, it's just a 3 minutes’ walk away from the high-speed trains and the subways 4, 5 & 6 that connect you to the business and tourist districts on the shore. Traveling to Hong Kong is also very straightforward, making it perfect for business travelers. The two-story loft apartment has ample space; the living area downstairs is perfect for relaxation, while the bedroom upstairs provides a quiet retreat. The layout is well-designed, with distinct zones for activity and rest, ensuring high levels of privacy. The entire house is meticulously cleaned, and the bedding is soft and dry. There’s a standalone washing and drying machine, a refrigerator, and basic household appliances, making it very convenient for long-term stays. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly and kindly to any kind of grievances check-in and check-out processes are quick. The overall design is sleek and minimalist, with excellent lighting and great views of the station (see photos). The value proposition far surpasses that of ordinary hotels in the vicinity of Shenzhen North Station, making it suitable for both solo business trips and group outings. I can only warmly recommend this hotel to travelers passing through or staying in Shenzhen North Station.
