It is clean for the most part (a few dead roaches) and quiet private rooms
First off the host is TERRIBLE! He is so rude it doesn’t make any sense. So boom they don’t even send you the check in details on time you have to contact them but automatically email you rules. So I call them at 3:30 (check in is at 3) and they declined the call and texted me “Text” . Then when I check in the room the TV remote wasn’t working and the TV wasn’t connected to the WiFi. I understand things happen so I asked to just be changed to another room and he wasn’t responding AT ALL I had to call multiple times to get their attention. They weren’t trying either A help me fix the TV or B change me to another room. I only booked this house for the TV in the room there are plenty rooming houses that are closer to me. So yes the TV was a deal breaker. The host was really rude, wasn’t responsive at all.
