I had a wonderful stay at this property in Melbourne. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne.
Tim is absolutely delightful and made the trip an absolute breeze.

I felt good and impressed by this place the moment I met the owner when I received the keys to the apartment.
Tim is a polite and friendly host, easygoing and relaxed, like I was meeting a neighbor.
The room is beautiful and clean, even the bedding smells clean and fresh. The bed is comfortably soft, and I slept very well all night.
The views from both bedrooms are stunning, both during the day with views of the mountains and the wide sky, and at night with beautiful colors from the surrounding city buildings. I loved looking at the view from the large, full-wall windows. I think having a beautiful view is a special bonus that doesn't cost anything extra.
Another very good thing is that the shower water pressure is better than anywhere else I've stayed. After finishing my errands in the city, for me, being able to have a happy, relaxing shower, feeling clean makes me happy with myself.
I feel like this place is very convenient; everything feels like home, but with someone already preparing a welcoming atmosphere and all the comforts.
Life is so much easier because the location is outstanding. There are many parking spaces nearby, and buses are just a short walk from the building, providing access to many places.
What I liked most is that Rundle Mall is very close; I can walk down from the building to go shopping.
I think if I come to Adelaide, I will definitely stay here again." And I am happy to share my beautiful experience with family and friends with confidence.

Amazing location right in the heart of the city. Great views and our family really loved the apartment. Very comfortable, linen lovely and beds devine for a great nights sleep.
