Nerve wracking and not very comfortable

The owners had no clue that we were arriving and renting all 3 chalets. I had to show them my booking. And had to pay through an etransfer.

The property was very dated . Our chalet was very hot and there was no way to open a window. The window on the door was sealed shut. The lightbulbs were turned on by pulling a string . The mattress was hard as a rock with old bedding on it. Just small simple things would have been an improvement to the chalet.

We booked from Booking.com, and when we arrived at the Camping et Chalets Mer et Montagnes, it was full. There is a another famil with the same peorblem. we left there to find another place!

Absolument à éviter hélas.

L'emplacement est magnifique, c'est le seul point positif du site. La gentillesse et la générosité de la propriétaire également, qui a fait sont possible pour nous accommoder alors qu'elle n'avait pas notre réservation qui était pourtant bien confirmée sur Booking.com. Elle nous dit que c'est un problème constant avec Booking.com. Elle travaille fort et est présente mais visiblement dépassée par l'achalandage et l'ampleur de la tâche. I est possible que pour les gens en camping l'expérience soit différente, mais pour les chalets, évitez.

Le chalet est terriblement défraichi. Absolument tout est usé dedans. La propreté était douteuse mais comme le chalet nous a été attribué en urgence alors il n'avait possiblement pas été nettoyé à fond. Mais tout est tellement usé que ça n'a pas l'air propre. La douche est pleine de rouille au point que nous avons choisi de ne pas nous laver à cet endroit. Si vous choisissez d'y aller quand même, appelez directement l'endroit pour vois assurer qu'ils ont bien votre réservation. Une douzaine de personnes qui avaient pourtant réservé ont été retournées le soir ou nous y étions.

La plage de galet accessible sur le site. On peut y marcher longtemps, c’est magnifique! L’hôte est d’une gentillesse incroyable et s’intéresse réellement au bien être de ses clients.

Les lits n’était pas trop confortable et la literie serait à améliorer.
