Fantastic location but in need of a refresh!

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable beds and lovely terrace with views over the harbor

The apartment has loads of potential but is very scruffy inside, particularly the bathroom, and is in need of a decorative refresh throughout. Simple fixes would make a huge difference - the patio doors didn’t lock, the rain shower was full of limescale and didn’t work, paint was peeling off walls and ceilings etc.

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable beds and lovely terrace with views over the harbor
