I love Nice, but this was disappointing

Centrally located and quiet, despite this. Clean and tidy.

No functioning oven/ grill; No toaster or microwave (as advertised) so we couldn’t cook while we were there - despite selecting a self-catering apartment to save money; Waited for over an hour to receive our apartment keys, as they were not available in the ‘self-service’ locker as advertised; No apology was forthcoming.

9 / 10

Apartamento confortável e muito bem localizado.

Apartamento bem localizado, limpo, confortável e completo.

As chaves não estavam no locker como combinado e não tive resposta pelo aplicativo. Tive que esperar a Consierge e ela nem se desculpou. O apartamento era no 4 andar e não há elevador.
