The apartment is equipped with everything you could need for a short-medium term stay. The location is amazing - right in the middle of old town. Nico was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Having a washing machine was a life saver in the middle of a long trip!
The only small downside is that it’s a little bit loud/bright at night due to being right in the heart of the city. If you’re a light sleeper be prepared with eye mask/ear plugs.

Väldigt fint och välstädat. Nyrenoverat, bra AC, välinrett med god smak. Perfekt läge i gamla nice, nära stranden och nära alla barer och restauranger. Bra incheckning. Bra kommunikation med värden. Fanns i princip allt man behövde i kök, badrum och sovrum.
Relativt dyrt men vi var också där under högsäs och bokade relativt sent. Mycket liv runtom på grund av alla barer men inget som störde oss som yngre.

Excellent location. Apartment was immaculate and Host communicated was specific and helpful advice. Would have loved to stay longer.
Steps were a bit to navigate.
