The king rooms with balcony were a good size. Rooms were clean. Rooms with balcony had a great view of the valley. Tv had all modern streaming access. Service was good. Kitchen was super clean and so was the food. The water heater worked when turned on and bathroom amenities all functioning.
We had come in a 15 seater van which could not make it up entrance driveway. The hotel ended up providing 2 cars to assist us to get into the property.

I had a wonderful stay at The Alkonost Premium by Novello. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The location offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax. The food and overall service were also very good. Everything was well managed, and I truly enjoyed my stay.
Nothing major to mention. My overall experience was very pleasant. A few small improvements could be made, but they did not affect the quality of the stay.
