We booked this property at extremely short notice - half an hour! - as our other accommodation had fallen through. It was a quiet area and we appreciated being able to park free off-street right in front of the door. It is a converted garage which means there's not a lot of natural light but the upstairs bedroom is large with a comfortable kingsize bed, and hanging rail, table, and bedside drawers. Downstairs there is a shower room and one main room with a comfortable sofa, a small table and 2 chairs, plus kitchen area including washing machine. It was clean and adequate for a short stay. The host was easy to contact and sorted out the few problems. The property is walking distance from local shops and restaurants.
As we arrived in the evening and without any prior notice there were a few things missing that were provided the next day. The shower tray had a big crack but was water-tight and a door that was difficult to shut but these things are apparently in hand to be rectified.
There was no microwave and no hot water to the kitchen and shower room basins.
