I did not really have a lot of options. i had 13 hours in Almaty and that was the closest location.
Please take it as is.
The location could have been better. But nothing wrong with it. staff was so good. Kind, generous, understanding, …..and so forth. They payed my taxi to the airport. And this was not the defining point. Trust me.
Very easy-going, flexible and reasonable people. Despite my way tooooo late arrival, they accommodated me in no time. All those money talks occurred after I made myself at home.
The woman who runs the place is just a great human being.
I will definitely stay there again.

睡觉还比较安静，
酒店的服务人员，不够热情，刚开始我们办理入住的时候，因为语言不通，用翻译软件，老板有些不耐烦，当我们问他房间WIFI密码的时候，老板，都以什么扣款成功之后才能告知拒绝告诉WIFI密码，直到第二天我才出去询问才告知WIFI密码，入住五天，只有一天，在我的要求下才打扫了房间，更换了房间的床单和拖鞋，房间的洗漱用品质量太差，和国内的酒店相比，服务没得比
