I gestori molto comprensivi ed hanno risposto immediatamente anche se in tarda serata.
Tutto nuovo e ristrutturato. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice. C'era una cesta piena di prodotti per la pulizia e prodotti cosmetici (bagnodoccia, shampoo ecc). Molto comodo il check in. Materasso comodo.
Posizione vicinissima al centro, in pochi minuti a piedi.
Zona tranquilla e appartamento molto silenzioso.
L'alloggio in realtà era un magazzino/garage adibito ad appartamento, fortunatamente aveva le dimensioni giuste.
Era pulito superficialmente, a parte i bagni che erano molto puliti.
Da pulire meglio la cucina, soprattutto la macchinetta del caffè.
Cambiare gli asciugamani; per quanto ci riguarda erano datati, secondo il nostro parere molto utilizzati o di bassa qualità.
Infine, il divano era macchiato e coperto da un telo.

The apartment is very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood.
The windows face the inner courtyard;
The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with everything necessary.The location is excellent—right in the center—with many attractions within walking distance, provided you enjoy exploring the city on foot. Mall Eurovea is very close by. It is just a short walk to Bratislava Castle, St. Martin's Cathedral, and the bridge SNP.
It might be worth updating the photo showing the location of the key safe or specifying its location more precisely. Perhaps because we checked in at night, we didn't find the box right away. It would be better to send check-in instructions at least a day in advance rather than on the day of arrival. Sometimes there was noise from garbage collection early in the morning.
However, this didn't spoil our stay.
