We thoroughly enjoyed our girls' weekend away at Blue Wren. We were 4 women and enjoyed having a bed & space each. This can be hard to find. The house is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by trees and birds. The beds are super comfortable, all rooms have heating and were warm and cosy with added aircon in the living room. Havent slept so well in ages.
We also appreciated the cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen and all the added extras like a compliments basket of goodies, hair dryer, board games, etc.
Pillows were a bit flat/soft.

Backyard not very usable particularly for children even though it catered very well inside for kids.

Nicely renovated home, with modern bathroom and kitchen. Really comfortable beds, very well appointed kitchen. Accommodated a family of five very comfortably. Centrally located, with good access to town, and scenic lookouts. Host was lovely, very responsive and had left a lovely selection of treats that the whole family enjoyed. Great welcome pack with lots of local information and recommendations.
My teenage son was disappointed to miss the State of Origin match as there is no Television. There is a Heater in almost every room, but the house was a little drafty on a very cold winters night.
