We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and incredibly quiet—we didn’t hear any noise at all. It was also nice and dark at night, which made for such a peaceful sleep that we actually slept in, which is very unusual for us!

This basement apartment is quite ideal for those who prefer their privacy, with a separate entrance and driveway at the back of the house. It is all new, rather high-end construction with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. The location is in an upscale and quiet neighbourhood and although there was construction nearby on the weekdays. The upstairs neighbours were very quiet, and the host responded quickly to emails.
The apartment is well supplied with nice towels, soaps, shampoos, etc. The wifi worked well and the TV had all the usual apps. The kitchen was well appointed, minus a coffee maker, which I supplied myself and left behind.
The apartment is a bit removed from the downtown, being in the far north-end of the city, but it was an easy drive to get anywhere.
Being new, there are few missing finishing touches, such as no towel bars (aside from one that hangs on the door) nor toilet paper holder in the bathroom, and it would have been nice to have a second nightstand in the bedrooms. While there is a washing machine, there was no dryer.

The location was in an upscale area and very easy to access.
We loved the apartment. It was well set up and decorated beautifully. We would definitely stay here again.
