ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE
Absolutely nothing. Would score 0 if that was available.
Cut long story short, basically fraudulent property on Booking.com. I booked property with 10 days notice as our previous property cancelled on us. 4 days before checking in I messaged and emailed property owner just to inquire about property checking in process and how do we go about getting keys on the day of the check in and whereabouts property actually is as address is not very clear. No answer from property owner whatsoever, had to ask customer service at Booking.com to chase up the owner but didn’t reply to them either. On the day of the booking as we are about to get off the train, couple of hours before checking in, “alleged owner” answered phone and hung up straightaway. Then messaged me check in will be delayed until 4pm and they will let me know what happens next. Never heard from them ever again. Absolute scum and fraud. Surprised this property is still available on Booking.com. Ended up getting full refund and had to book Travelodge on the day. Never experience this level of stress and anxiety about checking in either. Booking.com not very helpful, wanted me to book alternative miles away from original property and only would compensate £51 extra to book another property, which is insane thinking they wanted me to find somewhere to stay in London 2 hours before checking in. Just absolute insanity. AVOID!!!! FYI - if you search and google company which owns this property on Company House register it tells you all you need to know …
